Raleigh, NC - June 6th, 2012 - AmeriGlide, a manufacturer and online retailer of quality-engineered mobility aids, announced today that they will begin selling used models of their discontinued AmeriGlide Ultra stair lifts.
"The AmeriGlide Ultra allows us to expand our stair lift offerings to give customers a much wider range of options when shopping for a home stair lift" said Tim Ziehwein, vice president of sales for AmeriGlide. "Although we've previously offered used stair lifts at comparable price points, we've not been able to give customers so much leeway to pick and choose configurations in the past on used lifts as we will with the Ultra line."
Used AmeriGlide Ultra stair lifts are available in both electric-powered models and DC battery backup models. Six seat configurations are available at varying price points, including a heavy duty model with a 375-pound weight capacity and a 21 inch wide seat.
